Still no call or confirmation after booking issue

Made a booking for my mother. It's her 50th birthday this year, and she had a horrible year. She has been in national news papers due to Government Hospitals and how they messed up her kidneys and health. She currently has one functioning kidney at 12%.She has been working hard to healthy, and as a reward we wanted to send her to a Hotel we loved to stay in, Garden Court Marine Parade on the Golden Mile. We sacrificed our December holiday for her, and paid over money into her account.

I made the booking with her card (as she has no clue to these things) and as there was an option to pay over the deposit, with the rest being paid in upon check in.
As we never never know what her health will bring, this was the best option for us.

Now months later I receive an email to say if the booking isn't paid, as no payment was received, that the booking will be voided on the 15th of November (her birthday non the less!) BUT I PAID OVER AND SENT PROOF AGES AGO!!
Payment was made and we received confirmation.
I was asked to send it again. I checked the booking online as well on my own to find that it doesn't exist on your system!

*STILL NO REPLY OR CALL AND SITTING WITH A MOTHER IN TEARS! *
