Blood stains found in shower amongst othe

I send a mail to customer care on Monday 21 January 2013 and received no feedback.

We (I, wife and 2 months old baby) stayed the weekend at Badplaas Forever resort in a 2 sleeper chalet. During our stay we noticed some issues which we were not happy with.

Our roof had 3 different leaks and I had to move one of the chairs so we would have something dry to sit on.

There where bat droppings in the bedroom on one of the beds when we got there. We also found droppings in our baby's cot the next morning.

We found blood stains on the shower floor. I don't even want to speculate what blood it was. We had to shower with plakkies to avoid picking up something!

I did bring the above to the managers attention and she told me that they are aware of the bat problems but not aware of the roof leaking and blood on the shower floor, and it should have been cleaned.
I also took pictures to show her.

The electricity was off for a few hours on Saturday as well, and because of that we could not prepare a bottle for our baby.

If I knew this was what I would get I would have not paid the full amount for a 2 night stay.
