Failed to present evidence and cheated breakage fe

I rented the house to this lady Bianca the weekend of Easter and everything went well the problem started when i asked for the breakage fee and she told me we broke a flap in the fridge and sent me a pic of food we left in the fridge. she told me they took pics of the place before the people stay so i asked the before and after pics which i didn't get! we broke two glasses which i told her about and didn't mind getting billed for them but the apparent flap we broke which i never see the pics of it finally after 2 months of waiting i gave her my account number which took her a week to deposit the money only to find out its R300 that we are getting back i think the lady cheated us on our breakage fee which she failed to produce picture of the broken flap as we we not the only one we were going to use the house cos on the day of arrival she told us to leave the key at the neighbours as the lady will clean before the other people use the house after us so how does she know its not the other people who broke the flap she claim its broken as she failed to produce the pictures. out or R900 breakage we got R300 back with 2 broken Glass we reported those glassed are less than R50 bucks!!!
