Patient waits 45 mins while GP takes calls

I made an appointment to see the doctor at 11am. After waiting for 30 mins and hearing the doctor (in the next room and attend to a patient who had arrived after me and take two calls, I went to the receptionists and asked what the delay was. I was given an apology and asked to sit a while longer (Pretty, one of the ladies working there said 3 minutes even though i overheard the doctor say 5 mins to be exact) and the doctor would be with me shortly. After 15 minutes and hearing the doctor on the same call, which was obviously not a business call (I could tell because I was in the next room, and overheard his entire conversation), I went back to reception, extremely upset. I asked the lady at the desk if I could go into the doctor's room to air my frustration and then leave. She nodded. I went into the doctors room and explained that I had been waiting for 45 mins.. He proceeded to
say "don't barge in hear, please leave"
It seemed that Dr Naidoo is obviously not concerned with his patients health or well-being. His attitude, behavior and lack of professionalism proved it. He should not be a doctor on the Discovery Health Network.
