Living Room
Treated with disrespect after arranging guest list

It was my friend's birthday and she decided to arrange a guest list at Living Room via one of the club's managers, Mark. He assured her that everything was in order even hours before we went to the club she confirmed with him. However, upon our arrival we were immediately treated with disrespect by the bouncer at the entrance because we mentioned that we were on the guest list. We were told to stand aside and my friend tried calling Mark who then said he will be out to get us but left us waiting. We watched tens of people enter the club while we stood outside being humiliated. We then decided that we so badly wanted to celebrate my friend's birthday that we would even pay to enter. The bouncer then told us that they have a right of entry after keeping us waiting outside for almost an hour. We are not sure why this was done as we were all dressed formally and looked decent. We were a group of young professionals, all well educated people that had to endure the humiliation by the staff of Living Room. We will never return to Living Room again!! We will spread the word about the disrespect at this club. There are other clubs in CPT which are more upmarket than Living Room!!!
