Getting no joy from Bonitas

On the 18th I was admitted to Glyn wood hospital for premature labor, I was then given an injection by my doctor to try and stop labour as I was only 29 weeks pregnant. Til today Bonitas has not paid that account and i call them daily to find out why and they tell me its not part of they Scheme rules and what did the doctor do before giving me that injection as it was the last resort. Glyn wood has since blacklisted me for non payment because of this and I am on the phone with them daily. I am truly unhappy with the service I've been given and i do not know where else to turn to for help.
