PROSANO MOVE TO BONITAS NOT BENEFICIAL

Prosano assured its members that it will beneficial to move to Bonitas. I think NOT! Firstly, I never received my new card saying I belong to Bonitas. The reason for this was that they forgot to load an address for me. Then I go to Clicks to fetch my chronic medication, singulair sprinkles, and clicks tells me, I do not exist on the medical scheme. After many phone calls I call clicks again to check if I now "have medical aid" they say yes but your co-payment has increased from R9.00 to R90.00. Seriously! When I call Bonitas, they say that just the way it is. Scheme rules are scheme rules. I have 2 other friends on discovery whose children take the same medication and their pay in is R0.00. Why Bonitas, why? I don't pay less premiums every month and neither does the medication price come down so why is Bonitas not equalling what I have been getting for the past 3 years!
