Bonitas wants to stop my medical aid for R4.00!

On 02.01.2014 I paid Bonitas my monthly contribution. As Bonitas didn't give out an official brochure in 2013 which states the increases I had to work out the 10% increase myself. On 11.01.2014 (please note a Saturday) I received and sms claiming I owe them money. First of all I thought they never received my payment but I went into the bank and confirmed that they received it. I tried to call them but they are closed on Saturdays. Upon checking my emails (please note I received this email on a Saturday) they notified me that I do no pay the outstanding amount of R4.00 immediately they are going to stop my medical aid services. The problem with this is that I am 36 weeks pregnant and have been put on bed rest due to pre-term labour already. I couldn't get a hold of them because they are closed on Saturdays but they have an automated system that will stop my medical aid and what do I do if I have to go into hospital due to me going into labour? I think this is utmost unprofessional and unnecessary stress to me and my baby at this stage of my pregnancy! I have been with them for 6 years and have always paid all my contributions on time and paid the R4.00 immediately.
