APPALLING service all the time... guaranteed

I think it is time I raise my complaints and concerns about the disgracefully distasteful service at your Brenthurst hospital. Literally it has gone to public hospital level... I am not sure if that is your goal.

I live close to the Brenthurst Clinic and therefore have been there numerous times as I have a toddler and a Baby. The reason you go to a hospital is NOT because the matter can wait. It is obviously something URGENT even if it is just urgent to me...
The service is APPALLING to say the least. It is getting worse and worse and it happens now EVERY single time that we visit the hospital. It is the ONLY consistent 'service' we get.
Literally no sense of urgency, no willingness to assist (I am not even talking about beyond call of duty here), no attempt to solve any problems... NOTHING!
