Very Bad Service Recieved

I have had the worse service from bonitas i have been with discovery for a very long time and once i moved jobs i had to chane medical aids. I sent my documents in and sent the paper work. they then lost my documents and then eventually found it and then still wanted to charge me for a month no cover recieved. I then went to the doctor just to find out the plan selected was incorrect. I then called to have this changed and i was on the phone for an hour and no luck in getting it sorted i was rather told to send more documents. Which i then completed and sent through. I then called them to find out if all is sorted and they adviced it will take another 5 working days and they are going to double debit my account they are also not covering my pregnancy considering that i am only two months pregnant and they will be recieving payments from now until next year june when i am due. I have dealt with other medical aids such as discovery and bankmed and the service recived was exceptional. Changes were made online and and benefits covered. At the end of the call with the consultant today i was told they cannot chnage the option now it will only be done next year.
