Bad Attitude

I have been billed for an account, before I even get the account I got threatened by them to hand me over for collection. I tried to explain to them how to do it correctly so that the medical aid will pay for it and I was just threatened some more. I have sent a complaint to the medical aid board. it wasn't my choice to use them as I was sent to causality but I will certainly make the choice never to use them again!!!
