Consultant is harrassing me

I was contacted by Ashlyn Alexander for an outstanding account of mine that was handed over to Lexmed. When I followed up with my medical aid about payment they confirmed with me that the account has already been paid before it was handed over. I sent the response from my medical aid to Ashlyn but he is still sending me emails and smses with legal threats that I must pay the account plus fees to Lexmed. No matter how many times I have told him that the account was paid in full by my medical aid he just doesn't listen. I don't appreciate being threatened when there is no outstanding amount and I didn't do anything wrong. I would like to take steps against Ashlyn for harassment and have someone contact me to have the matter resolved.
