Homechoice

Someone open account at Home choice under my name and took goods worth R8000 which i wasn't aware off. Then Home Choice send me final Statement of the account that i must pay, Then i contact their customer care to laid a complaint they advise me to bring them an affidavit which i did and still Today they irritating me about paying the account i dont know anything about. Which is clearly the is nothing is been done about my Complaint. I brought all the Document they ask for then they told me and Risk will contact me which it been a month waiting no contact at all. But they keep on harrasing me to make payment

Please assist in this matter.
