No feedback from the medical board

On 25 January 2013 I sent a formal complaint to the Medical board. I lay a complaint against a pediatrician, Ampath, Unitas casualties and unitas hospital.

Their site states that they will contact you within 7 days. It has been more than 7 days and I have no response. I need to know what are they going to do about my complaints as they are serious of nature. the doctors and hospital and Ampath had no idea what they were doing when my 3 year old daughter became ver ill.
