DISCOVERY ILLEGALLY TOOK A DOUBLE DEDUCTION

My husband left his place of employ at the end of October 2013 and took his October deduction for his medical aid off his salary. Prior to my husband leaving the company, we arranged that our medical aid be transferred to private membership. As my husband pays the medical aid in arrears, the next deduction would have been on 01/12/2013 however, Discovery illegally took an additional medical aid deduction off my husband's bank account on 01/11/2013. On calling the call centre to find out the problem, I spoke with a person by the name of Kabir who is the most useless and incompetent call centre agent that I have ever had to deal with. On asking to speak to his supervisor, I was told that his supervisor is not available. In addition, while talking to Kabir, he mentioned an additional R1800 that was deducted for some member re-instatement in December 2012 of which we know nothing about. If Discovery don't sort out this problem with immediate effect, I will lay charges of against them and move my medical aid to another company.
