Pathetic service!!!

I am on the discovery medical and in december I applied for my husband to be added onto my medical. I have had to follow up with discovery on numerous occassions whether he was added or not. I am told a month later I had to send it to some other woman at my work place before I can add him which I did. Discovery then sent an sms to advise they're processing the application. A week later my husband is not added yet as their is no date on docs I sent through afterwards! A date! I emailed it which means there is a date! So now the process is dragged out even more and my husband has no medical aid cover!!! I can't believe the PATHETIC service from discovery health!!! I almost regret taking the cover with them!!! I want this sorted out by Monday 21 January 2013!!!
