Medical aid contributions illegal deduction

My mother is 83 years old and she receives a pension of R 3 574.03. The medical aid contribution as payable R 1 947 monthly was deducted but another amount of R 1 313 was also deducted for medical contributions without any notice of what this amount is in aid of. My mothers pension for this month is R 314. I phoned the call centre but they were unable to give me any answers for the additional deduction. I urgently need some one to sort this problem out. I find no e-mail address on the website of Sizwe. How long will my mother need to wait for an explanation of this deduction? ( and correction of any amounts due to her) I really think that there must be a special way of communication as well as a dedicated person to help solving problems like this.
