Complete disregard for serenity of environment

FH allows it's guests to behave completely against the rules & regulations of the Game Farm Estate within which it is located, allowing people to play extremely loud music at the venue which not only disturbs the peace of the residents but also causes major distress to the animals especially the hippos that reside in the dam directly adjacent to FH. A request was made at around 10:45 pm on 2 Nov to please lower the volume but to no avail! This is not an isolated case, in fact only one of many. According to FH's website their venue is ' ... - a place where talking to each other is stimulated by the environment.' Most definitely no talking possible where loud music is concerned and certainly no peace for us local residents!
