I am in my Gap and I submitted an Account from an X-ray Service which I had paid. Discovery rejected it on the grounds of an "Invalid Practice Number". I contacted the X-Ray company who confirmed that it was correct. I then sent several e-Mails to Discovery and then Phoned them. After a week or so two People from Discovery phoned me to confirm that the Practice Number was correct and that the Bill would be processed. This amount has still NOT been processed and when I phoned them twice today the "Consultants" still say that the Practice Number is Invalid after weeks of e-mails and phone calls. It is impossible to get hold of anyone in authority to sort this matter out and they continue to reject ALL my claims although I have paid off my Gap!
