Discovery is not paying cause they said i submitted too late
, i submitted in october.
gave birth in september on the 19th
I phone this month, cause i saw it never got refunded, and they said the practice number was missing, so I sent another one.
And then I phoned twice again, and they said there was a backlog.
Please get it sorted.
i have all the neccesary documents to confirm that i sent the information on time already and still nobody can help
this is unfair as i have spent more than R10000 in which a portion needs be refunded asap
