Refuse urgent script for heart illess

We don't have medical as we are awiating medical boarding. We last saw the doctor for 2 min just to sign a form no meds or nothing. She charges us R246 just to sign the form and now she refuse to give me a script for my meds, just a script!! What kind of Doctor is she to rather see me get a nother stroke then just take a pen and help me? Its people like that who don't care oubout others health just as long as they have there fancy cars and houses. What happenend to care and the pledge they toke as doctors? Well doctor when I die or get a nother stroke due to your R246 for a signature because I can't pay you now you will be remembered. Kind regards Rudi de wet.
