Bad treatment of outpatient by Pharmacist

I was admitted to the Carstenhof Clinic on the 5th of April and discharged today, whilst under the care of the hospital and on advice from my treatment doctor I was changed from the ARV treatment. I was officially discharged by my doctor just after 1pm and was told that one of the nurses will take the medical script to the pharmacy and I would collect the meds when I am done packing and dressed from the pharmacy. I get to the pharmacy at about 1:50pm its locked and a man comes out to ask if he could help and I tell him that I am there to collect my meds as I have been discharged, he ushers me to some lady (who later advised me that her name was Josephine/Fina Kekana, I am not even sure that this is true). She tells me they are closed and I am must take the script and go to clicks or dischem and I tell her its not even 2pm yet and that I had been standing by the door before two, to which she responds to by saying that the pharmacy closes at 1:50pm. Then why does it say 2pm at the door? She comes back and with the ARV treatment minus the Asthma pump which I am told I should go find at clicks or dischem and for some reason I couldnt even believe that its not in stock.
