Same stroty every 6 months

My medical aid number is 6040063 and i am with medihelp and on chronic medication, every six months when i renew my script and blood results i get the same story i.e my bloods are not in /my script from my doctor, Dr BB Ngema is not in. I called medihelp om wednesday last week and got a response that everything is sorted and script expires on the 30th of April next year, now today i get an sms that my script has expired, i don't get this every six months when i renew my script i get problems and this is not the first time i have complained about this... so what should i do now, cancel my medical aid and get another one cancel my network doctor, i really do not know and it' frustrating me now because i cannot live without my pills. the person i spoke to this morning said that you guys have been trying to get a hold of my doctor, ...how because when i call him every time i get a hold of him his telephone numbers are 0119322101 and his cell number is 0834609392. I hope you will sort this out, either i look for another medical aid or you start treating me like i matter.
