Ridiculous Service!!!

My husband had to have a procedure done in May and there was an authorisation code given. The procedure was done and in June I submitted it to the claims department. I left it at that thinking they would pay the service provider. To my surprise, I found out in September that the account had still not been paid. I followed up and was told by Doreen Matsile that the account could not be paid because the service providers banking details weren't on the system. I called the SP and they said that they are a cash practise, so I then made the payment. Now after making the payment, claims department are refusing to refund the full amount even though I have 2 emails (one from Doreen Matsile and one from Siphiwe Riba) stating that the amounts would be refunded.
The service in the claims department is shocking!! I have requested on numerous occasions for someone senior to call me, and needless to say, I am STILL waiting.
Fix this or we will be cancelling our medical aid and will make sure everyone we know hears all about this "fabulous" medical aid!
