Dear Mr Arnold

I have been telephoning and emailing pre-authorisation, client services, Gcobisa Sanwabo/ Client Services Liaison Officer, my broker at Optivest repeatedly and emailing my claims and queries since the 7th July.
My son had a consultation with a specialist on the 14 June for which I obtained and was granted authorisation and yet Resolution Health rejected the claims based on authorisation not being obtained. It has taken over two months for the specialists claims to be paid after the claims had to be escaleated four times by four different people. On 28th June my son had an in hospital procedure which I also obtained authorisation for which the the claims too were rejected. On 7 August 2013 I wrote a Hellopeter report for which I did receive a response from Ms Gcobisa Sonwabo but the matter is still unresolved and now my emails and queries are going unanswered. I would like you to give this your personal attention and contact me on 079 971 2976. I am also going to involve the medical aid ambudsman as I believe Resolution Health's handling of this matter to be unethical and unjust not to mention grossly incompetent. I would also like to know who the medical advisor is.
