I went to the Emergency Rooms at Rondebosch Medical Centre on the morning of Monday 17 June 2013. I phoned oneplan medical insurance and an authorisation no was given. The hospital wanted the accounts to be paid before I left. I paid the accounts with my credit card. I then sent all the receipt to the claims department at oneplan and spoke to Matthew who assured me that the monies will be paid into my bank account soon. I received several sms's saying that the account are being processed. After a few weeks I phoned Matthew again when the money was not in my account. He then said his supervisor wants ICD10 or procedure codes. I then went back to the hospital and got the invoices with all the ICD10 and procedure codes. It is now been 53 days and I have not been reimbursed yet. I have spoken to Daaniel in the claims department and he promised me that he will get Matthew to call me back but to no avail. I am really not impressed by this. If oneplan medical Insurance need to debit my contribution there is always money in my account on the day they take the debit. Why do I have to struggle to get my money back. This is really bad service on their behalf. I hope they will sort this out
