Can't deliver on specified date due to poor planni

I bought a Groupon voucher for 24 special event cupcakes including delivery from Party Haven. I ordered 2 weeks in advance as requested. First I was told that the delivery is actually not included, the groupon went through before Michelle could change it. I didn't complain and said I would fetch them on 4 Oct. The morning of 4 Oct I was informed in a Whatsapp message that she can't deliver 24 cupcakes because 6 burnt and she didn't have eggs to make another batch. When I expressed my disappointment over the service, as these cupcakes were for an event that had more than 18 guests, I was made out to be the villain. After she suggested that I cancel the whole order, which I wanted to do anyway, she accused me of being illogical in doing so as "it is only 6 cupcakes". Every person I talked to about this confirms that it is one of the most unprofessional exchanges they have encountered from a business. I am very disappointed in Party Haven Silverton.
