Fake Red Velvet

I bought 2 Red Velvet cupcakes from the Europa in Melrose Arch. That was by far the worst Red Velvet I've ever had. The cupcakes were burnt and the topping used wasn't even Cream Cheese (AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT YOU ARE MEANT TO USE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING ON RED VELVET).
The cupcakes were so appalling, I actually threw the second one away.

Don't call it Red Velvet if it's not AUTHENTIC RED VELVET!!!
