Cupcakes Special with delivery

Purchased a voucher yesterday for a cupcake special which includes delivery. Special running until Nov 2013. So after emailing the supplier with my order - Party Haven! she said that she does not have delivery included and that she cant take orders for September??? then she says it is Groupons mistake regarding the delivery. Then told me to make my own plans? so what now? i paid for this. Terrible Service at call centre, Megan, she was probably on her tea break cause she was eating in the back and half asleep, so i asked her to either wake up or transfer my call to someone who can assist. This is not my first run in with groupon! dont know why i bother. The owner of party haven michelle is also quite rude and offers no solutions?
