Not freshly baked cupcakes

I am a great Fournos fan, my family and i love their cakes etc. However i was grossly disappointed on Monday 24/06/2013. After work my husband and i went to Fournos Centurion and bought 6 cupcakes (#vanilla and 3 Chocolate). I asked they lay at the counter if the cupcakes were freshly baked she said yes. We went home later in the evening i had one of the cupcakes [URL Removed] They were hard and dry (flaking). I try to eat the chocolate one it was not chocolate i don't even know what flavor it was. I am REALLY DISAPPOINTED as i didn't get my moneys worth. My question is WHY do they sell products of such standard to consumers. I stay in Midrand going back to Centurion for just that was not worth my money. Careful of Fournos from now on and will worn my family and friends.
