Stale cupcakes

I purchased 2 cupcakes from Cinnabon Canal Walk this afternoon at a cost of R15.50 each. Both cupcakes were dry and crumbly, obviously stale. I have the receipt so I plan on returning them to the store when I finish work. What an inconvenience to me the consumer. Not only do I pay a whopping R31.00 for stale cupcakes, I now have to take more time out of my busy day to return them. I tried searching for Cinnabon South Africa's Customer service website but alas there is none, well except for Hello Peter and the numerous complaints on there already. Quite telling indeed. Needless to say I will no longer purchase any products from this store.
