Rude, False promises, Liars

I contacted Michelle after seeing her groupon advert to make further enquiry into what they offer, As I was planning to order additional cupcakes for my wedding. She suggested I pay her directly for my order instead of going via groupon which I did for the same package/price&delivery. With requirements, time and venue provided, I made a point of emailing reminders to all my suppliers a few days before the wedding.
On the morning of my wedding 30Aug, I get a sms saying that she cannot deliver s the company she uses are striking and I should make a plan to have someone collect them. I called her back and explained it would not be possible and I need them delivered even if they are a little late, she began shouting, becoming very loud & aggressive on the phone, saying the place is not even in the 20km zone, I wasn't clear enough on location, etc... making excuse for their FAILURE. She was very happy to accept my cancellation yet to date I have not received a refund. Her reasons are that they only do banking at month end, my money was used to by ingredients for another order and Sorry I am catering for 2 weddings and time is a luxury I currently do not have.
EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE & RUDE
