UNPAID PMB PATHOLOGY CLAIM

Yet again, after the same process for a pathology claim dated 29/06/2013, my claim for 28/09/2013 (statement number 273477039) for Lancet has been declined because a letter of motivation is requested, please someone tell me, how the do I have to wait for the 29 of every third month to have my routine blood as that date "29th" was on Sunday, I now am compelled to report Medihelp to Consumer Protection Act, MSA and the Media as this is psychological and mental abuse posed upon me by Medihelp on me as a client. This time I do not even need a call from any of their consultants or liaison officers, they can spare their explanation/clarification for the above bodies and the Media
