On the 22/08/2013 we were advised that we were due for a refund as we no longer belonged to Bonitas Medical aid. We sent through the required documentation on the 11/09/2013 and were advised that we will be refunded within 5 working days. 20 days later, we have not received the refund. I have called the call centre on the 22/09/2013, 30/09/2013, 04/10/2013 and again today. I have numerous reference numbers of telephone calls, of where I hold on for 30 minutes, while the call centre agent speaks to the credit control department, where I am advised that the transaction has been loaded and that the refund will be in my account within 5 working days, which never happens, Once again I called to enquire today and as usual I was told that the i will receive the refund by the 17/10/2013. So even though they tell clients that the SLA is 5 working day, in real time it is 27 working days... WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE, THEY ASSUME THAT WE ARE NOT AWARE ON HOW SLA'S WORK AND HAVE THE ORDACITY TO TO CLIENTS. NOT ONCE, BUT SEVERAL TIMES...
