I went online yesterday to check out the various plans. While on the site I get a message from Brad asking if he could help. I answered and said yes, I am looking to change my medical aid. I then got a message saying Abby in sales will take over. She asked me for my name and contact number, which I gave. And since then nothing. I had rated the service online as great, but now I am not so sure.
