To Whom It May Concern,
I called the Medihelp Call Centre on 04/04/2013. The time of my call is from 13:36. My member number is 6787517. I am utterly discussed by the fact that as an ambassador of this country my rights per the Consumer Protection Act are not taken into consideration. The warm blanket of comfort that the senior personnel are thrown under does not suit me at all. If there is any senior staff member of Medihelp that is wise enough to attend to my query.
