False reporting

This is complaint number 3, I previously said that Medihelp kicked us off the medical aid for non disclosure according to their findings. They sent a report to the broker stating previous conditions which in turn gave the broker amunition not to return my payment. I have been to the doctors rooms to check on report sent to the medihelp and found that nothing except current condition reported. The report that Medihelp gave to the broker dated 2008 stated fractured finger and xray's and declining operation by the client. This is all a load of rubbish and I have a copy of the report. I have requested Medihelp to send me details of their compliance officer so that I can complain to the FIAS ombudsman. I have had no response to this request. Amzing how they were before and responded without hesitation, they have reported something that false and they need to be brought to justice for this. DO NOT JOIN Medihelp
