Medical Aid Documents

I have activated my medical aid on the 19 August 2013 and have not received my card and documentation.
I have made numerous calls and was transferred to and fro.
I was told to wait 2-3 weeks, then 4-6 weeks. I then spoke to Gary who informed that if I do not get my card after 6 weeks then I should request for fastmail. I called again today and was told by Leven that my account was not activated on the 19th August and was done on the 1st September 2013. What is to be done now as i have taken medical aid on the 19th August and spoke to a lady that activated my plan then (19 August). Why is it now that I am told to wait another 6 weeks as it was activated on the 1st September. I do not need numerous medical certificates I want my card as PROMISED.
