Medical Aid Card

I have applied for a medical aid card on the 07/05/2013 with Ref: 6020213; and was told it would take 3 weeks. Then on the 18/06/2013 with REF: 6150877; I followed up as still not received it. Today i called and no-one can tell me where the card is so they re-ordered the card with ref: 6194478? How can i trust the card will come as it has been 2 months since i request, I am pregnant and unable to use my benefits as i cannot prove i am a member.
