Tired of being passed around and very poor service

My husband and I contacted Discovery on separate occasions during the first 2 weeks of August to inform them we are changing medical aids to Momentum as of 1 Sept. They took the information from me but then requested my husband call them as confirmation as he is the main member. he called them on 13 August and spoke to Khadeejah Isaacs who said it was not a problem and that the medical aid would end at the end of August as requested and we were to please complete a Settlement agreement and fax it back which we did. Needless to say Discovery were extremely quick at still debiting my account of the medical aid contribution at the beginning of Sept regardless of us cancelling. When I called and asked why this had happened I was told that it was because we did not give 1 months notice even though neither of the consultants my husband and I spoke to told us this was the case. I called back and eventually got hold of a supervisor, Candice Kuhn, who promised she would resolve the issue and get back to me on the same day. That was 4 days ago!! I just tried calling now and got hung up on after being on hold for 3 minutes!!! Am so tired of their very poor service and hence we have left!!
