Bad Attitude and bad service

On 8/10/2013 i applied for my own medical aid from discovery, previously i was under my husband's medical aid also from discovery and have been with them for years, on 11/10/2013 I made a follow up regarding the status of my application, and was answered by a rudeLindelwa Mbusi who said if i had no broker then i must constantly call and check for my application status as they do not call people with no discovery brokers, i must say i was shocked and did not expect that attitude, I called again on 18/10/2013 and was told that my membership has not yet been activated due to me not signing a consent form, i explained to Thuli that i had signed the consent form, scanned and emailed it to Lindelwa on 11/10/2013 she told me that on the system it was not activated so i asked her to do everything over the phone and even took out vitality.on 23/10/2013 i recieved a welcome email and was told that my card has been posted but to date have not recieved it. today i phoned enquiring about the card, Mathew told me that i must just wait as it might be still on the way and these things takes time. i told him that my husband's card was delivered in less than a week, he said that was then this is now
