RE: Dependant never re-instated

My daughter applied for her own medical aid with discovery. All the forms was filled in and everything was confirmed to be covered with her own medical aid as of the 1 August 2013. Only when it was confirmed the cansellation for her from my medical aid was done. On the 12 of August 2013 we realized that nothing was done. The lady that did the confirmation, never went through with the medical aid. On the 12 August payment was made to re-instate them on my medical aid. Confirmation of the payment was made and the re-instatement. On numerous occations I phoned, because even with the email confirmation, nothing went through. The last person I spoke to was going to get to me, why it happened. A month went past and nothing... Now I phoned again and then I was told due to the mistake Discovery has made I need to make payment for September, October and November to re-instate them, even with the months went past or I can apply for new memebership with a waiting periode, even though Discovery made the mistake, I need to pay... Why??? Or they are telling me to go someplace else, because to re-instate even after confirmation on email is impossible!!!
