UNFAIR DEDUCTIONS ALTHOUGH IT WAS CANCELLED

I have joined Liberty Medical aid a while back but have cancelled their services on the 19th of August 2013. On the 2nd of September 2013 they have debited my account twice with the amount of R2857.00 which put my account in arrears with a lot of money. When I joined them a debit order was loaded on the account and I was under the impression that on the 1st of August 2013 they would have debited the account automatically. To my surprise I got letter of demands, etc. because I didn't pay them. I have waited numerous occasions for feedback from them and nothing happens. Only demands. Then all of a sudden today, on the 3rd of September 2013 I received an email stating that they have received my email on the 19th of August 2013 to cancel the medical aid and have finally done so. I am requesting that they pay back my bank fees and charges that they deducted due to them not doing their work properly.
