Late delivery on card

I submitted forms on the 27th November to change over to my Husbands Medical Aid - It was a straight swop from My parents who are on Discovery to my Husband - Discovery to Discovery.
This was to take effect on the 01st Jan 2013.

Needless to say my parents have there new medical aid cards without me as a dependent yet I am still waiting for myne. How is is that it takes so quickly for me to come off yet I have to wait weeks before I recieve my card -I could understand coming from another medical aid but I am not.

I was told this would take 2 to 3 Weeks? Why am I still waiting and Why do I as a paying customer have to follow up and find out where my card is. This is totally unacceptable and I am not happy at all with the lack of service.
