Poor service!

We went in a group of 5 people and had all ordered a dessert. At that particular time, the manager was on duty. We had then requested 2 glasses of water which did not come until we had asked for it 4 times.By this time I had requested the waiter, who had a very bad attitude with regards to why he did not bring the water. And on top of that, when the bill was requested, he threw it on the table as though we had upset him! When I asked him for the manager, he ignored me until I asked again and he and said that there is no manager there. I am utterly disgusted at the service quality, but more importantly, the fact that the manager was not present to ensure service recovery within a decent time frame. The waiters name is Thabiso. And being a chef as well as knowing a lot of people within this specific industry, I assure cacao that I will be telling everyone about my pathetic experience at your restaurant!
