Debt Adminstrator's Bad Attitude

Discovery had cancelled my medical aid last year & they advised that they will refund me what ever they owed to me & I will need to pay them for what ever they had paid out. I suggested to them that they deduct the amount I owed to them & only refund me the balance which the agreed to do. Last month I received the refund from discovery and contacted them to find out whether their amount was deducted, i was told by the consultant that the system was not updated so she could not see exactly what was going on but she is sure that discovery will contact me if there is anything outstanding. Yesterday I received a call from a Tarren Mackay, she was so rude, she said that I have an amount that is outstanding & that i need to pay it, what really me off is that discovery did not do their job in the 1st place because they were supposed to deduct this amount before paying me out, she acted as though i intentionally did not want to pay discovery & she did not even go back to the notes on the system to get the proper info. I am so glad that i am not with discovery any more, their lack of professionalism is apalling & i dont think i will want to deal with people like that ever again!
