Health Wallet is a farce

After confirming in July that my Health Wallet could be used to pay the balance of an account and following the instructions from Discovery Health re filling in and returning the correct form and supplying the information requested, the supplier, who has also followed the correct procedure, is still waiting for payment after 90 days and countless emails to Discovery Health, the last of which has not been answered nearly 2 weeks later. What is the point of contributing to this Health Wallet if the administrative process is so inefficient? Why should suppliers have to wait for 3 months for reimbursement? And why is there no immediate response from Mr Ferreira when this is clearly a matter of urgency?
