BestMed Does not Cover Paediatric Immunisations

My son was vaccinated for Hepatitis (1 year vaccine) I paid for the vaccine directly to Storks Nest.
Bestmed has rejected this claim stating that only certain injections are covered. Linda Wepener sent me an email stating that Prevenar 16, Prevenar 13, and Synflorix is covered by the scheme. In the scheme manual for 2013 it states Paediatric Immunisations "funding for all paediatric vaccines according to the state recommended programme for babies and children.
Bestmed should change it to "Certain Vaccines".

I find this is misleading to the public. And in November when i have the option to change my medical aid option with my company, I will change to Discovery.
