Bestmed Medical Scheme
BestMed gives no response on their website

On BestMed's website there is an option where you can apply for a planet fitness voucher, after filling the information in everyday, I'm still awaiting their response. i emailed BestMed and Planet Fitness as it is still not clear who should respond and again... No response from either of them.

This is not the first time I have had problems with the BestMed website - last year there was a problem with checking your scheme online (which i reported)

This is really frustrating from a company as big as BestMed - a website is a place where you help your customers and what potential clients use...

And it is really pathetic service that I should go to this length to actually get a response... We'll see if they respond to this...
