Claim rejected

Good day, We took our son to Dis-Chem for his Rouvax and prevenar immunisations last month. The nurse said that we had to submit the claim manually to be reimbursed, as they couldn't pick up our Fed Health membership profile on their data base (it was still listed under our previous Medical Aid - Resomed). We received our Fed Health statement noting that our claim was rejected. According to your Maxima Entryzone benefits (pg 11 and 12 of your member guide), we are covered for all immunisations. Our previous Medical aid (Resomed) also covered all of the immunisations before we moved over to Fed Health this year. I would like a full explanation as to why our claim was rejected. This is either an error on your part, or a clear case of "false advertising"
